The Black Horse Needs Your Help
From Judith Bennetton: Colin and Amanda are appealing for help to spread gravel around the Black Horse. ‘With the Black Horse re-opening on the 19th May Colin and Amanda are looking for help this coming weekend to spread gravel around the car park and driveways. Volunteers are most welcome to come along this Saturday 12th or Sunday 13th between 10.00 and 12.00. Even an hour or so during those times would help greatly. Please bring shovels, wheelbarrows and rakes.

Road Closure
Anglian Water require a road closure to complete diversionary works for the A14 Cambridge to Huntingdon Scheme. Dry Drayton Road will be closed from Oakington Business Park (Phyper’s Farm) to the A14 exit slip. Farm access will be maintained, but you will need to divert through Girton to visit Oakington Market on Saturday. The road will be closed from 23:30hrs on 11/05/2018 to allow the last bus through and will be re-opened at 05:00hrs on 14/05/2018.

BURGLARY: 27/04/2018 16:00 – 22:21, Oakington Road, Dry Drayton. Rear kitchen window jemmied open and smashed, cash and jewellery stolen.
