More crime in the village.

Ben Jakes, Chairman, St Giles Cricket Club, Dry Drayton, writes to inform us that on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning last (between 20:30 05/06/2018- 09:20 06/06/2018) their clubhouse behind houses in Scotland Road was broken into. As well as a lot of damage, their bar stock and money were taken. As you can imagine, as a club run by volunteers only, it is very frustrating and upsetting, especially as the club facilities are enjoyed by many colts. A white van was seen leaving the ground at ~8am on Wednesday morning, by one of their neighbours.

Choose a dry warm day, not too windy – particularly before 10 am and at sunset for the best chance of seeing these charismatic birds.
