Consultation closing this week

Important deadlines for consultation

This is the last week for responses to the Greater Cambridge Partnership consultation on the Cambourne to Cambridge route and future Park and Ride sites, including one proposal for a park and ride site at Scotland Farm Dry Drayton. A printed booklet on the alternatives was distributed to all households. Consultation closes on 29 January at 23.59 hrs. If you intend to fill in the consultation questionaire on their web site at www.greatercambridge.org.uk  you might be disappointed as links to the pages you want on their site don’t seem to be working. We have told them about this, but it might be safer to send them a letter at Greater Cambridge Partnership, SH1311, Shire Hall, Cambridge, CB3 0AP.

At the Dry Drayton Parish Council meeting on Tuesday last the Parish Council agreed their response to the Greater Cambridge Partnership consultation and the letter which they signed off can be seen on their website here: Important Documents – Dry Drayton Parish Council

And if you want to let the planners know what you think about what could be the biggest housing development in Dry Drayton since the 1970s, then you have until 25th January to do so. For details of the proposal go to South Cambs website, View or comment on a planning application | South Cambs District Council  and search for application number S/4554/17/OL
It’s not too late to have your say on these issues affecting our community.
